DO I GET AN EMAIL ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Once you complete your ticket purchase, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. It will also be stored in your Club Shoofo account information. If you cannot find your confirmation email, please check your SPAM folder. You can also sign in to your Club Shoofo account to retrieve it.

WHERE DO I PICK UP MY TICKETS?

After you complete your purchase, the confirmation page will indicate how to pick up your tickets. Depending on the theatre and device you’re on, you may print your tickets at home, pick up at the movie theater with a valid credit card, or use a mobile ticket (if available). This information is also available on your confirmation email.

ARE THE TICKETS PURCHASED ON SHOOFO REFUNDABLE?

Refunds or exchanges of Shoofo movie e-tickets are available in certain limited circumstances as mentioned below. Movie tickets purchased through the Services include a non-refundable Shoofo convenience charge. Before purchasing movie tickets, we urge you to carefully review the movie title, movie showtime, theater location, seats and quantity of tickets for the movie you wish to see prior to confirming your tickets purchase through the Services, whereas the ticket purchase is non-refundable.

You are in no event eligible for a refund or exchanges by Shoofo, except in certain limited circumstances as exclusively mentioned below:

  1. transactions appearing as 'not found' or that resulted in a 'system error' (Shoofo will refund the Shoofo movie ticket purchase price, plus the Shoofo convenience charge);
  2. movie showings which are oversold or cancelled by the theater (Shoofo will refund the Shoofo convenience charge only, you will need to contact the relevant theater for a refund of all other amounts subject to their respective refunds policy); and
  3. movie showings which are oversold or cancelled as a result of a force majeure event (Shoofo will refund the Shoofo convenience charge only, you will need to contact the relevant theater for a refund of all other amounts subject to their respective refunds policy).

Club Shoofo is a free program that gives you special perks and benefits. With your Club Shoofo account you can write movie reviews, save your favorite theaters, access free insider perks, refund and exchange your movie tickets, and more.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY GIFT CARD?

Gift cards can be redeemed on Shoofo.com or our free mobile app on iOS or Android (gift cards can’t be redeemed in person at the theater).

When purchasing tickets, under the payment section, click on Use Gift Card and enter your gift card code. If your purchase is more than the value of your Shoofo gift card, you will have to pay the remaining balance with another method of payment. If your purchase is less than the value of your Shoofo gift card, you can use any remaining balance on your next purchase.

WHERE IS THE GIFT CARD I ORDERED?

Shoofo gift cards are digital. Your gift card will be sent by email within the 60 minutes.

You can send gift cards to others by providing their email address.

WHICH THEATERS CAN I USE SHOOFO GIFT CARDS TO BUY TICKETS?

Shoofo gift cards can be redeemed online or on our free mobile app for tickets to any movie at any theater in the Shoofo network. Please note that Shoofo gift cards cannot be redeemed in person at the theater.
